The 2 things that bothers me the most are why does the susano'o bones behind Itachi and why is his cloak fully black with no bit of shading.
Other than this it's pretty good for a 1st sprite, better than my 1st sprite for sure Razz

Pretty much what G man said, try to make some of the susano surround itachi, and maybe make itachi's cloak a bit more light. Good job for a first sprite, mine was 2D when i first tried Razz
