Rise of the Rain Country CLOSED

I am here to announce that the Rain country is back, with the new God of Amegakure being me. Our country only allows members that we feel are special and stand out among the other members. Our rules are as follows:

1. Don't Flame any users

2. Don't create a lot of spam threads

3. Don't ask me for giving u a special rank or else i will warn/ban you

4. Don't create any Contest or Tournament Without my permission

5. You can spam in the Spam thread only

6. Avoid going offtopic in Topic that matters

7. When i will create the Council, only council members and the Kage can post there and no one else can

8. You should be Active

9. You too won't break any rules of the forum

10. Ranks would depend on your reputation in the Forum

I would love to have you aboard! But you see, it's not that easy to join rain! To enter you have to stand out among other members. If you have any skills in say, spriting or making signatures then I will PM you an entry. Good luck and post what you can do!

Anything that shows that you are worthy of joining. If you can make really good signitures, then I will think about it.
