I'm new, so I didn't saw it earlier. I have the same problem on my computer. I was searching solution on many sites and read that it is a problem with the graphic card. I found fixed ntsd and i learned that i have to make a mirror of .bmp moves and after done it, it works perfectly!. Here is the link :

How to install:
1. download
2. unpack
3. enter your game direction then sprite sys folder
4. (\NTBN\sprite\sys)
5. copy all files and replace to this folder
6. Enjoy the game!
